Beautiful location and in easy access to the beach. As a party of 8,we stayed in Southover beach apartment which was just perfect for our mid-week break in February.The apartment was well equipped with everything you should need and plenty of space! We can't recommend staying here highly enough, excellent communication with Tom before and during our stay, and the small touches of chocolate and wine were an unexpected treat. We were all very sad to leave.

Brilliant stay at the excellent Garden apartment - all very clean, comfortable and extremely well-equipped. Tom was really helpful and we loved the chocolates and wine that greeted us! Would not hesitate to return or recommend.

Sadly returned from our break [Steve / Kerry – Apartment 2] and just wanted to say big thanks for a perfect few days. Apartment 2 was simply fabulous in terms of location [what a view!!] and the overall quality of the accommodation – well done indeed. I have no doubt that we will be back!! Stayed in apartments 2 and 3 as we had a wheelchair user.Beautiful views of beach and accommodation exceptionally clean and comfortable. Tom and his wife went out of their way help and we hope to book again for next year.

WOW FACTOR MOST DEFINITELY!! TOM THE APARTMENTS WERE GORGOUS AND SO CLOSE TO THYE RED BARN AND BEACH. LOVED THE CHOCHOLATES ON MY PILLOW! IT MADE OUR WEEKEND TRULY SPECIAL AND WE WERE SORRY TO LEAVE. NEVER MIND, WILL NOT HESITATE TO STAY FOR MANY MORE HOLIDAYS TO COME. THANK YOU FOR YOUR GREAT HOSPITALITY AND ACCOMMODATION.

We spent our 10 year wedding Anniversary in Southover Beach Apartment. Thanks to Tom and Nicki for the decorations, balloons, Buffett, the bubbly and the lovely Gluten Free cake. We had a lovely meal at The Tides Inn with two very special people. Tom and Nicki thanks for been such wonderful hosts and that's why we keep coming back. Visitors and the residents in and around Woolacombe are so friendly.The weather was excellent, apartment is 5 *S. We had lunch at Captain Jacks restaurant, they also provide a gluten free pizza. The staff in both restaurants are just brilliant. See you in the new year. M and M.
