Fab apartments, clean, warm and very well equipped. Great location for the beach. Tom very friendly and helpful when booking. It's the little things that count. Thank once again .... same time, same place next year.

Beautiful location and in easy access to the beach. As a party of 8,we stayed in Southover beach apartment which was just perfect for our mid-week break in February.The apartment was well equipped with everything you should need and plenty of space! We can't recommend staying here highly enough, excellent communication with Tom before and during our stay, and the small touches of chocolate and wine were an unexpected treat. We were all very sad to leave.

Stayed in apartment 7 over the spring bank holiday week. Fantastic 5* apartment, fitted out to a very high spec, fabulous balcony area overlooking lovely gardens. The facilities were great, with the shower and steam rooms just what you need after a day on the beach body boarding. Also, secure surf/body board storage a great touch. Literally 2 mins walk to the beach, so it's also in the perfect location. Will definitely be returning, and highly recommend to anyone else looking for beautiful accomodation in woolacombe.

Stayed in apartment 7,had a fantastic stay, I liked it that much I have booked it for next year in the same apartment I usually stay in a caravan I will never stay in a caravan again,the apartment was great it had sky tv,WIFI,the full works absolutely amazing

Luxurious accommodation, magnificent views, wonderful ambience. 'Southover' provides the best that Woolacombe has to offer. Many thank's to Tom and Nicki for being such lovely hosts, we,too, will be back.

We have enjoyed a wonderful week in Woolacombe - our boys preferred it to their main ( and considerably more expensive!) holiday in France this year! We stayed at the Apartments in Aug 2011. I have never stayed at a better place . It was in 1st class condition the staff were outstanding . I cant say a bad thing about the place . Please go and have a look for yourself. John Nicky Iona Libby.

Brilliant stay at the excellent Garden apartment - all very clean, comfortable and extremely well-equipped. Tom was really helpful and we loved the chocolates and wine that greeted us! Would not hesitate to return or recommend.

Superb, 5 star accommodation. Great location. Didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back! Thanks for a brilliant few days.
