WOW Holidays (the agents) act solely as booking agents for (the owners) of holiday accommodation let for holidays to you (the holidaymaker).
Before making a reservation, please check that the accommodation and area you have chosen is entirely suitable for ALL members of your party. We are happy to answer any questions regarding suitability of property for your party e.g. location, disabled access, steps, facilities etc.
WOW Holidays shall permit you and the members of your party as named on the booking form only (no-one else) to occupy the property for holiday purposes only. For the avoidance of doubt, you may invite friends over to visit but the number of people in the property must at no time exceed the amount of people as stated on the website, unless you have the owner's prior consent. No one other than those on the Booking Confirmation form may sleep at the property. Failure to observe these rules is likely to be a serious breach. You may not sub-let the property.
Payments are made via SagePay on a secure website. We accept Debit Cards and Credit Cards only.
A Deposit of 25% of the cost of the holiday is taken a time of booking, any extras requested will also be included in this total.
Your Debit Card/Credit Card details will be held as security against any damage or breakages.
The confirmation invoice will show the balance due including any additional costs (if applicable) and will indicate the balance due date. The full balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. A receipt will be sent showing the final key collection arrangements upon receipt of the final balance.
When you book your holiday with us, we collect personal information such as your name, e-mail address, home address, telephone number. We may use the information that we collect to occasionally notify you about news and information we think you may find valuable. For example, we may send you our latest special offers. If at any stage you decide that you would rather not receive such information, please contact us by e-mail.
Accommodation is available from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure. All units are furnished and equipped for the number of persons stated in each property description.
We encourage Family Holidays to our apartments; unfortunately we cannot accept bookings from all male or female parties comprising more than three people or groups of single persons under the age of 25 without prior arrangement.
In the event of cancellation the full amount of the booking will be charged unless we are able to re-let.
We will make reasonable efforts to re-let the property and if we succeed you will receive a refund. The refund will be the sum recovered by us through re-letting less the Booking deposit which will be assumed to be 25% of the full letting tariff of the given booking made, and the £25 administration fee. However, if we are unsuccessful in re-letting, you will be liable for the full cost of the letting.
In any event, the balance of any monies due must be paid to us eight weeks before the start of the holiday in the usual way. Your booking is a legally binding contract, and like all contracts you should protect yourself in case things go wrong.
To avoid the added stress of cancellation charges and for your complete peace of mind we highly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance.
Once dates of a booking have been confirmed, should you need to change your dates, we will do our best to accommodate, however this will be subject to availability and time of year.

We have carefully inspected all of the properties and the information on our website is believed to be true and accurate as at the time of going live. Whilst all reasonable efforts have been made to ensure that descriptions and other information given to you in relation to a particular property are accurate, we cannot accept responsibility for errors contained on our website, or of any mis-description. In any event, you acknowledge that differences may arise between the photographs, illustrations, tariff and descriptions of a particular property as described on the website and the actual property.
Size and Party - The number of persons stipulated for each property in the brochure must not be exceeded under any circumstances. Only those listed on the booking form may occupy the premises. We normally class infants as being 2 years old or under. The person who completes the booking form certifies that:
- a. The signatory is authorised to agree to the booking conditions on behalf of all persons on the booking form including any changes;
- b. The signatory must be over 25 years of age and a member of the party occupying the property;
- c. The signatory has agreed to take responsibility for the occupying party;
- d. Tenants agree to take reasonable care of the property and ensure that the property and all equipment is left clean.
- e. Tenants agree to pay for any losses or damages to the property (except reasonable wear and tear)
- f. To allow the Owners and Agents reasonable access to the property.
- g. Tenants agree not to exceed the total number of persons in the property as stated in the details and on the booking form, or share the property, or part with possession of the property.
- h. Tenants agree to accept responsibility for safety of any pets. At no time should a pet be left alone unsupervised at the property. There is a charge of £20 per week for each pet.
Should the property, for reasons beyond our control or the Owners (e.g. fire, theft, sale etc) not be available on the date booked or the property is not available for holiday letting, all rent and any charges paid in full by the Applicant will be refunded in full. The Applicants will have no further claim against the Owner or the Agent. Damage - Occasionally accidents do happen and any losses must be paid for. Properties are checked and cleaned before arrival but if you have any difficulties please contact us. Should you find on arrival any damage or non-working items it is important to notify the housekeeper immediately so that matters can be rectified. We cannot accept responsibility for any items left behind in your accommodation after your holiday and would advise you to contact us as soon as possible. If you commit a serious breach of these Our Terms and Conditions the owner or his agent will have the right to terminate your booking &, if you are already at the property. may require you to vacate it at once. A serious breach of these Our Terms & Conditions may include failure to comply with rules of the house or health & safety advice or circumstances where your behaviour, or that of your guests, is likely to have a significant adverse effect upon those staying or living nearby the property. Owners will always try to act reasonably and will usually give a warning but if, in the owner's reasonable judgement, you or your guests' behaviour has made the possibility of your stay continuing untenable, you may be asked to leave immediately, no refund of the fees you have paid will be returnable to you.
We can accept pets by prior arrangement in suitable apartments. At time of Booking this will need to be added to your booking request. Where it states that a property will accept pets, there are further rules on the quantity, size and type of pets accepted. It is a condition of pets staying in any property that pets are not allowed on furniture or in any bedrooms. Pets must not disturb neighbours (for example, by barking all night) and all dogs must be exercised outside the boundaries of the property (including gardens) they must be kept on a lead at all times. Your dog should not be left unattended in the apartment. Please note that if staying in Woolacombe most eating-places in and around Woolacombe are dog friendly. We will not accept a pet that is not house trained or if it is normally kept outside, all pets should be used to regular shampooing & grooming with up to date flee & worming. Your dog should be kept on a lead at all time whilst within the apartments external area as well as any communal and garden areas and should never be left unattended. Please see that your dog is exercised away from the property and not be allowed to foul public areas and ensure your pet’s paws are clean before returning into the apartment from the beach or from a muddy walk. Failure to follow these rules may be considered a serious breach of these Our Terms and Conditions and we will be entitled either to refuse to allow you to take possession of the property or to require you to vacate it at once.
